Funding Requests

Coaches, athletic director, and administrators may submit funding requests to the MVHS Sports Boosters for support with program needs that fall outside the scope of district funding. Requests should clearly outline the item(s), purpose, and estimated cost, and must align with our mission to enhance the athletic experience for MVHS student-athletes. All requests are reviewed by the Board.

Reimbursements may be submitted by coaches, parents, athletic directors, and administrators. All reimbursable items must have prior approval from the team’s coach before purchase. To request reimbursement, please complete the reimbursement form and attach all original receipts.  All submissions will be reviewed by the Boosters  Board and must align with the original approval.
